DEMAC TRIS

DEMAC TRIS is the ideal machine for all terrain: Compact yet very powerful. The newly designed GRP blower driven by a 11 kW fan with revolutionary plastic blades gives it an impressive throwing of up to 50 Meters. Time-tested components, successfully used in DEMAC SET for some time, guarantee problem-free deployment: The philosophy of the Aluminium corona, stainless steel nozzles, the uniform display or the water module with a built-in filter. The blower holder includes the entire operating system and can be swivelled by 360°. A 4 kW oil-free piston compressor (also available with oil) produces the required compressed air.

This machine is available fixed on 1,5 m tower (AT-ATK), in the mobile version AMK with on board compressor, on 7 m swivel arm or on the particularly developed 3 m or 4 m inclined elevator-tower (AS-ASK).The manual snow gun is available in the mobile version MMK.

The muffled TRIS SILENT was specifically designed for residental areas. With some alterations to the blower such as a double wall construction with noise-insulating material or a special plastic fan, noise emissions were drastically reduced without compromising the power of the machine. The noise level is comparable with a normal conversation.

The heated Aluminium corona consists of 3 rings with 15 water nozzles each and one Ring with 20 nucleators. This results in 7 different steps to adjust water throughput with a maximum of 380 l/min, controlled by the Aluminium module, which operates at pressures ranging from 10 to 50 bar. Via a pressure regulator, the nucleator jets are supplied. The integrated valve technology ensures complete emptying of the module as well as all jets and hoses at the end of operation and in cases of power failure. Additionally, a stainless steel water filter is integrated. The snowmaker is connected with the hydrants using quick disconnect couplers.

Swivelling across 360° is performed by a small electric motor, which is controlled from the display console or centrally from a PC. For maintenance work, the snowmaker can also be turned into the desired position by hand. The inclination of the snowblower barrel is adjusted by means of a hydraulic manual crank.

The snowmaker can easily be relocated using a snowmobile. Thanks to its simple structure, the machine can be lifted using the groomer's shield. The vehicle does not require any modifications, mechanical or otherwise.

The mobile version TRIS AMK can also be towed using its built-in towing lug.
