Demac MIG quattro

The MIG Quattro lance is a product providing top snowmaking capacity at marginal as well as arctic temperatures. Like the smaller "light" model, its nozzle head is made of Aluminium and equipped with 15 water nozzles and 5 nucleators.

4 control settings provide for top quality, high quantity snowmaking in all weather conditions.

The 340 l/min water throughput is controlled by the water module. The integrated valve technology ensures complete emptying of the module as well as all jets and hoses at the end of operation and in cases of power failure. Additionally, a stainless steel water filter is integrated. The snowmaker is connected with the hydrants using quick disconnect couplers.

Equipped with or without compressor (MIG quattro AK – MIG quattro A), heater and a spotlight, this lance is offering top handling flexibility. Each lance can be controlled autonomously on-site or centrally from a PC running DAP (Demac Automatisation Program).

The lance, lifting arm and head are made of a high-grade Aluminium alloy, while the suspension is made of galvanized steel. A form-hugging protection mattress provides a top safety standard.
