EVO

EVO is the name of the innovative snowmaker made by Demac. This machine has been conceived from scratch! More reliably, substantially stronger and a better cost/performance ratio than its predecessor „Mega “, which is not to be recognized in this machine again, are only some of the many virtues of these splendour machine. Demac keeps thus its concept of the three sizes of fan machines in the assortment. Beginning with the powerful SET, going over to the smaller brother TRIS up to the youngest and smallest, who will performe this winter for the first time. Demac returns with the EVO back to 2.900 rpm fan snowmaker.

Combined with improved aerodynamics this machine creates an impressive snow production: 19.2 m ³ /h and/or 320 l/min. water will beconverted with appropriate wet and dry bulb temperature into snow. The water module feeds 20 nucleators and 44 uniform water nozzles. With this innovative nozzle concept EVO supplies snow in highest quality. Two coaxial ventiles allow 4 different regulation steps of water output, including the possibility to set the snow into 10 different qualities.

The whole inner feelings of the machine become visible with two simple movements: the covers made of fibre glass can be opened, which simplifies significantly maintenance work. Trendsetting design, high quality processing, good snow quantity and quality, as well as thriftiness are some characteristics, which distinguish this machine. Thus it needs only 15.5 KW in the fixed tower version with compressor. The central air supplied version only 11.5 KW.

Swivelling across 360° is performed by a small electric motor, which is controlled from the display console or centrally from a PC. For maintenance work, the snowmaker can also be turned into the desired position by hand. The inclination of the blower barrel is adjusted by means of a hydraulic manual crank.
The snowmaker can easily be relocated using a snowmobile. Thanks to its simple structure, the machine can be lifted using the groomer's shield.

The vehicle does not require any modifications, mechanical or otherwise. 
The mobile version AMK can also be towed using its built-in towing lug.

This machine is available fixed on 1,5 m tower (AT-ATK), in the mobile version AMK with on board compressor, on 7 m swivel arm or on the particularly developed 3 m and/or 4 m inclined elevator-tower (AS-ASK).
